- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are very rude. They require a copay before services, but did not accept a credit card payment, cash only. Then after the tests, I had to ask them to provide a DVD. They acted like it was first time someone asked for it. Then, they then told me that I cannot read the DVD myself as it will get corrupted and only doctor's office can read it. And, if I wanted a second copy, I would have to pay them them for it. After a long delay, I received a bill in the mail for the copay. Now they are asking me to prove that I paid them, where their own policy is to get a payment before services are done. If you want to be frustrated, come here; otherwise, go to University Radiology or any other place instead, where DVDs are free, readable, and you pay the copay when the bill arrives, instead of paying the copay twice.August 12, 2017by Alex T
